Prasun is one of the founding Directors of Avenir Enter. Mr. Prasun has been a consultant for over 14 years in various cultural milieus around the world. Mr. Prasun has facilitated the investment and growth agenda for Fortune 500 as well as medium sized organisations resulting in high value identification and capture. He is alumnus of B.I.T.S, Pilani and a management graduate of AIM, Manila.

Sanjay is one of the founding Directors of Avenir Enter, Mr. Sanjay has over 12 years of consulting and investment advisory experience as well as he has served Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.

Mr. Sanjay has to his credit several leadership interventions focussing on high growth investments, corporate and diversification strategies, financial risk and value management. He is a business management graduate from IIM Bangalore.

Mr. Kaftzan graduated the Israel Air Force academy served in the capacity of Air Crew Officer and has served in a number of IAF positions. Since 1992 Mr. Kaftzan has held senior management positions including the spokesman of Tel Aviv municipality. His management experience includes a COO and CEO positions in various organizations across industry.

He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation management from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.

Ramneek has over sixteen years of the experience in the corporate world, he has served the position of C.E.O. in large corporate across industries. He is a post graduate in Systems, with additional qualification in International Law and System Analysis & Design from London. He has been involved in major financial structuring for cross-border deals & led significant engagements culminating in successful joint venture & Collaborations across the globe.

A graduate of the Defence Services Staff College. He served in frontline fighter squadrons in Air Defence & Ground Attack roles, flying instructor in Air Force Training Command and a stint with ‘THUNDERBOLTS’ the nine aircraft aerobatic team of the IAF, Staff Officer to AOC-in-C Training Command, IAF. He served as Directing Staff (Instructor) on faculty at Defence Services Staff College, and as a Research Fellow with the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses.

He is a M.Sc and M.Phil in Military and Strategic Studies. Took premature retirement from the Air force. Presently on the Governing Board of Aviation Watch.

Moshe Matos is a top world wide expert in the area of Security and loss prevention since 1985 Moshe is involved in managing, designing and implementing security, comprehensive solutions in a wide range of sites, areas and businesses.

Prior to that Matos first steps in the defense and security world started as he graduated the Israeli Naval Force Academy, and served as a Captain's on various navy vessels, and as a Unit Commander of Naval Base. After 5 years in the Israeli navy, he joined the Israeli secret service and eventually served as the security officer in PORTUGAL and a Security Instructor, and was in charged for the design of intelligence gathering systems. .

Matos was responsible for designing and implementing courses for the company’s clients in Europe and the Far East on security related issues.
